  • Where do I collect my badge?

    Once your registration has been approved and completed, you will receive an email with your unique bar-coded ticket for the event. You must present this at badge pick-up in order to collect your pass, along with a government-issued Photo ID.

    To collect your badge, please present your barcoded ticket together with a valid government-issued photo ID at one of the badge collection points below:

    You can collect your badge from either of the following locations:

    A) Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) Hall 3FG Concourse

    Time: 10:00–17:00

  • How do I get to the venue?

    iFX EXPO Asia 2026 will take place at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC).

    Address: 1 Expo Drive, Wan Chai, Hong Kong

    HKCEC is easily accessible by MTR, taxi, bus and ferry. The venue is within approximately a 10-minute walk from Exhibition Centre MTR Station, Wan Chai MTR Station and Wan Chai Ferry Pier.

    Travelling from Hong Kong International Airport?

    You can reach the venue by MTR, taxi or bus. The journey takes approximately 40–45 minutes by MTR or taxi, depending on traffic and your chosen route.
